Can printers be set up remotely?

Often, yes, if the printer is already connected to your network. Physical installation and cabling need an on-site visit.

Will my old printer work with my new computer?

Usually, but not always. Some older devices no longer get driver updates. We'll check before you spend money on workarounds.
